October 24 - “Winter Time”

As the days grow shorter and the chill sets in, a new season of challenges begins.

Challenge Overview

Individual Challenge

Each participant must complete a minimum of 31 Hours of training between 01 Oct 24 and 31 Oct 24.

Team Challenge

As a team, you must complete a combined total of 165 Hours. Relying on individual efforts won't be enough—you’ll need teamwork.

What Counts?

In October, it's all about time—here’s what training activities count toward your goals:

Swimming

Running

Cycling

Strength & Conditioning

Cardio Workouts

How You Earn Points

Individual Points

For each athlete who completes 31 hours of training in October, the team earns 1 point. There are 5 points available for a full team.

Team Points

If your team completes 165 hours, the team will earn 10 points, regardless of individual performance. One athlete can earn all the team points if needed.

Points will be tougher to earn from November, so make the most of October!
